Sub-Conscious Reprogramming

Hypnosis is a direct access to your subconsious mind. After guiding you to a relaxed state known as “induction” I will embed new thoughts and beliefs in alignment with what you are manifesting - so that your manifestation comes to fruition with total ease!
Together we will get to the ‘root cause or thought pattern’ of what you’re experiencing but want to change and I will guide you to tap on specific acupoints to help you transform at an energetic and subconscious level.
Also known as timeline therapy. Your subconscious mind does not know time and therefore can access the past and the future. In this meditative state I will guide you travel along your timeline (past or future - depending on your goal for the session) so you can deprogram a limiting belief, reframe emotions or program a goal into your future.
